Lifeline Horse Rescue and Rehabilitation

Lifeline Horse Rescue and Rehabilitation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit  volunteer-based equine welfare organization.

EIN 82-1507101

We are a community resource for connecting horses in need to people who can help them. We provide help for abused, neglected, and/or unwanted horses via rescue, rehabilitation, retraining, and rehoming. We follow and advocate the guidelines of equine care set by the American Association of Equine Practitioners and the Humane Society of the United States. We work closely with a team of professionals to ensure that each rescue horse receives the care, training, and time to recover he/she needs.

In addition, we strive to prevent abuse and neglect through educational programs and community outreach. We also look to give back to the community by means of interaction with the rescued horses via our LETS Program. The populations we aim to serve include underprivileged children, veterans, military, VA caregivers first responders, and victims of abuse.

In an effort to promote a sustainable equine practice we incorporate elements of recycling, gardening, and composting in our program.
